• Please note that the price displayed for broken devices is a maximum price – all broken phones are subject to evaluation before a quote can be provided
• Be Repairable, cannot have had any previous repair attempts
• May have faults or damage and not work correctly
• Cannot be bent, crushed, or in pieces
• Have no internal missing parts
• Not reported as lost or stolen and free of any outstanding finance
• Device must have no missing parts
• No etching or personalisation
• Removed from iCloud/ Samsung / Google or any other account which limit usage of the device
• Same-day payment not guaranteed with Broken Devices (it can take up to 7 days to process these)
• If price offered is rejected there is a £10 charge to send back
