To find out if your Huawei P20 Pro is still ‘locked’ to a network provider (e.g. Virgin Mobile, O2, Sky Mobile), you’ll need to contact them directly or visit their website. If your device is ‘unlocked’, you’ll probably get a higher cash payment – so make checking and / or ‘unlocked’ your handset a top priority before selling.

Top tip: It’s never a good idea to assume your Huawei is ‘unlocked’. If your handset is sent to us and we discover that it’s actually still ‘locked’, we may have to alter your cash valuation.

If I have accessories, does the value of my order increase?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept additional accessories with a buy back order – this includes cases, covers, screen protectors, wireless chargers, etc. At The fix Phone Store, we only need the handset and any charging cables – nothing more!

If you send these items with your Huawei P20 Pro, we may not be able to return them and they add no cash value to your order. In some cases, other buy back retailers may pay for cases, etc. But remember… you won’t get a better valuation for your handset than you do with us!
